From signature cocktails to delicious à la carte dining, discover a collection of menus that celebrate our South African heritage, reimagined here in London Victoria. Try the “Son of a Gun” buttermilk chicken burger with jalapeños in a brioche bun, or the BBQ pulled jackfruit burger. Our moreish bar snacks showcase our terrific Bobotie Spring Rolls with Mrs. Ball’s Chutney, Sesame Prawn Toast, and BBQ Pulled Beef Tacos.
Behind the bar, our signature cocktails include Jellybean Clover Club with jellybean-infused gin, a Mexican Truffle Old Fashioned with truffled honey, and a Madagascan Espresso Martini, as well as mocktails such as Mango Lassi with rose water, and Pan Asia Tiki Lemonade.

Enjoy an Afternoon tea experience at bbar. A relaxed take on this British pastime, sample freshly-baked scones served with Little Scarlet strawberry jam and clotted cream together with cakes and pastries. Savoury options include our signature mini bunny chow, with other fillings including cucumber and olive tapenade; smoked salmon; chicken, avocado and pancetta; and boerewors, chakalaka and cristing onion.
A full range of teas are the perfect accompaniment or add bitters to your tea for an extra dimension.
