This is Xigera (pronounced ‘kee-jera’), named for the Pied Kingfisher that makes its home amid the watery channels of Botswana’s Moremi Game Reserve.

Enjoy an Afternoon Tea experience, inspired by the delicious flavours of South Africa. A relaxed take on this British pastime, sample freshly-baked scones served with Little Scarlet strawberry jam and clotted cream together with cakes and pastries. Savoury options include our signature mini bunny chow, which originated among the Indian South Africans of Durban, with other fillings including cucumber and olive tapenade; smoked salmon; chicken, avocado and pancetta; and boerewors, chakalaka and cristing onion.
